Best exercise for knee pain

Here’s how to do it:

Lay on your back with a towel under your knee.

 

Push your knee into the towel.

 

Tighten your thigh muscle, to straighten your leg.

 

Hold that position for 10 seconds.

 

Then, simply repeat this exercise 10 times.
